Rohan Seneviratne has over 25 years of experience in the F & B industry
Rohan’s main role is to oversee and direct all aspects of F & B operations including strategic planning, revenue management, HACCP and staff training. He is also responsible to provide the highest quality of products and services, and ensure guest satisfaction.
A Sri Lankan national, Rohan has 10 years of experience in the F & B management and has worked in various countries including Maldives, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Sri Lanka. Before joining Concorde, he was with Chaaya Reef Ellaidhoo Hotel and Resorts in Maldives, where he served as F & B Manager starting August 2012. Rohan also worked as Corporate F & B Manager in Doha from April 2007 to February 2012 and was part of the pre-opening of hotels under Al Seef Tourism Project including Best Western Doha Seef Hotel.
