April FIMC Fishing Competition

On Friday, 10th April 2015, the Fujairah Fishing Competition took place at the Fujairah International Marine Club with 53 competitors and 10 participating boats. The excitement started as the competitors arrived at the marina at 6am to hook a winning catch. 8 out of 10 boats made it before the deadline while 2 boats were sadly disqualified from the competition. The total catch of the competition was 18 Barracudas, 12 Tunas, 4 Dorados.

 

Major Ahmed Ebrahim, Managing Director of the FIMC thanked the sponsors of the competition namely Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Hilton Fujairah Resort, Concorde Hotel, Novotel, Fujairah Tennis & Country Club, and Al Murjan Parasailing.
