FIMC Fishing Compettion

 

On Friday, January 6th, Fujairah International Marine Club organized the 2nd Fujairah Fishing Competition, an event which has become one of the most familiar and anticipated events in the club’s calendar.

 

Friday’s event, which was sponsored by Hilton Fujairah, Concorde Hotel Fujairah, Le Meridein Al Aqah, and Miramar Al Aqah, saw the participation of 30 fishing enthusiasts from various nationalities competing in a number of categories.

 

 The results came as the follows:

 

Heaviest Catch category: 

 

1st place: Paul Simon

2nd place: Eoin Mahony

3rd place: Kyle Gilliam

 

The Longest Catch:

 

1st place: Gregory John Kurten

2nd place: Andrey Kononovich

3rd place: Stephen Moss

 

The Ladies Competitors:

 

1st place: Jennifer Donaghey

2nd place: Leyla Ablyaeva

3rd place:Kathrine
